Welland farmer wins her fight against the city’s attempt to expropriate her property

The owner of a 150-year-old farm outside Welland will be able to keep her property, after all. Needing space for industrial expansion, the city of Welland was considering expropriating the farm that had been in her family for generations. Adam Atkinson reports.
