Halton police say three boys from Toronto are facing charges in connection with an armed robbery at a gas station in Oakville.

Police say four masked thieves entered the Econo Gas Bar on Dundas St. West on January 23.

One of the suspects pulled out a gun while the group took money and cigarettes before fleeing the store.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested on Monday in Toronto and transported to the Oakville police station. Investigators say two other youths, aged 16 and 17, were already in police custody for unrelated matters and are being transferred to Halton Region.

All three boys are facing charges of robbery with a firearm, wear disguise with intent to commit an indictable offence, assault and fail to comply with recognizance.

Police are still looking for the fourth suspect.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact Halton police.
