Tim Hortons to bring back 2 nostalgic donut flavours

First Published:

Two nostalgic donut flavours will return to Tim Hortons for a limited time at the end of May as the restaurant chain celebrates National Donut Day with a visit to the past.

Tim Hortons has decided to bring back Walnut Crunch and Cherry Stick donuts, two flavours that have not been on the menu for over ten years.

“Both the Walnut Crunch and Cherry Stick were iconic donuts in their time and I’m happy to report they still pack the same punch in every bite,” Director of Culinary Innovation at Tim Hortons, Tallis Voakes said.

The new (or old) donut flavours are being released on May 31, right on schedule to be enjoyed for National Donut Day on June 2.

Tim Hortons says the Walnut Crunch will be available in restaurants across Canada and at participating restaurants in Quebec. The Cherry Stick will be available in restaurants across Quebec and at participating restaurants in the rest of Canada.
