The men accused of the killing of Ancaster’s Tim Bosma made separate court appearances today.

Bosma disappeared one May 6th after going on a test drive in his truck with two men. 27-year old Dellen Millard made a brief appearance in court. His case has been held over until September 12th for a pretrial hearing. Mark Smich also made a court appearance this afternoon.

Bosma’s widow, Sharlene was at the courthouse this morning and said it was important for the Bosma family to be there.

Bosma’s burnt remains were found on a farm in Ayr, Ontario belonging to Millard.

Millard’s lawyer says he doesn’t expect the trial to begin for at least a year.
