Search of home in Dunnville results in 2 arrests, drugs and weapons found

Two people are facing drug and weapons related charges following a search of a home in Dunnville on Thursday.
Haldimand OPP executed two search warrants at separate homes located on Queen and Lock streets in Dunnville.
Police say two people were taken into custody without incident. As a result of their arrest investigators found and seized illegal drugs, cash and weapons.
Sarah Elizabeth Moodie, 38, of Haldimand County has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl, cocaine, two counts of unauthorized possession of weapon and more.

John Huigen, 39, of Haldimand County has also been charged with drug trafficking related charges, two counts of unauthorized possession of weapon and three counts of failure to comply with release order.
Officers say both of the accused were held in custody and are set to appear in a Cayuga courthouse at a later date.
Police are continuing to investigate and expect to make further arrests.
