Premier Ford, LCBO continue to refuse to budge on alcohol policies

Amid all of the drama with the LCBO strike, Ontario Premier Doug Ford gave a pretty contentious press conference Wednesday saying the ship has sailed and he won’t reconsider his plan to have ready-to-drink cocktails sold at convenience and grocery stores across the province.

The announcement is certainly a sign of things to come, as both sides continue to dig their trenches even deeper, many Ontarians are starting to realize — this might last a while.
