A portion of Hamilton’s Linc was closed Tuesday after a tractor-trailer crossed over into oncoming traffic and struck a vehicle.
Hamilton police say it happened shortly before 4:30 p.m. when an eastbound transport truck collided with a vehicle travelling westbound.
The transport truck collided with a black 2020 Infiniti QX60.
According to police, the only person taken to the hospital was the transport truck driver, whose injuries remain unknown.
On Wednesday, an update said that the driver of the truck lost control after they suffered from a medical condition.
Speed and alcohol were not factors n this collision, police say.
All lanes have of the Linc reopened by 10:30 p.m.
Authorities are seeking witnesses and ask drivers to check for any dash cam footage they may have of this incident.
