Police seeking to identify suspects in break-in at business in Welland

Niagara police are looking to identify two suspects in connection with a break-in at a business in Welland on June 24.

Officers responded to a business located on Kennedy St. near Ross St. Friday after receiving reports of a commercial break-in.

Initial investigations showed that two suspects entered the business around 6:48 p.m. on June 24.

The suspects had ransacked the premises stealing industrial rubber, merchandise, metal and tools. The value of the damage and stolen goods are now being calculated.

The first suspect is described as a white male between the ages 25 to 35-years-old, approximately five-foot-ten with a slim build of around 175 pounds, brown collar length curly hair and brown facial hair.

He was last seen wearing a blue Under Armour t-shirt with an orange and yellow logo, dark jeans, dark shoes, and a backwards white and green baseball cap.

The second suspect is described as 25 to 35-years-old, approximately five-foot-ten with a slim build of around 175 pounds and bald. He was last seen wearing grey track pants, dark coloured short sleeve t-shirt and running shoes.
