Police seek witnesses in fatal Niagara Falls crash

Niagara police are appealing for potential witnesses to come forward after a man was killed in a crash in Niagara Falls last Thursday.
Police say a 52-year-old man was driving an E-bike on Drummond Rd. just north of Dunn St. around 11:30 p.m. when he lost control and was thrown from the bike. The man was then struck by a Mazda 3 that was travelling southbound.
The man was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. He has been identified as Paul Fulton, of Niagara Falls.
Police say the Mazda did not stop at the scene. Investigators have released a photo of a vehicle similar to the car police believe was involved in the collision. It is described as a newer model grey, Mazda 3 and likely has minor damage to the front end bumper.
Investigators say video from the scene shows another vehicle brake and slow down as it passed Dixon Rd. immediately after the E-bike crashed. Detectives are also trying to track down the driver of that vehicle.
Anyone with information that could help police with the investigation is asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, dial option 3, and badge number 9265.
