Police seek man in armed gas station robbery in St. Catharines

Niagara police are looking for a man in his early 20s following an armed robbery at a gas station in St. Catharines Monday.
Officers say a man with a handgun entered the Esso gas station at 179 St. Paul St. West.
The man stole a chocolate bar, cigarettes and an undisclosed amount of cash from the till. He then ran from the gas station.
Police say the lone employee was not injured.
Investigators describe the man as approximately five-foot-eight and having a slender build. He was last seen wearing grey track pants, running shoes, a black long sleeve sweater with a small white Nike swoosh on it, beige bucket hat, blue surgical mask and dark sunglasses.
