Police search for ‘vulnerable’ missing 20-year-old woman from Oakville

Halton police are asking for the public’s help as they search for a 20-year-old woman who has been missing since Thursday.

Kathleen “Katie” Rand was last seen walking in the area of Cornwall Road and Trafalgar Road.

She is described as white, around five-foot-two, weighing between 100 and 120 pounds, with wavy blue shoulder length hair.

Katie was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweater and black jogging pants.

Police say Katie is vulnerable and they are concerned for her well-being.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact police.
