Police investigate early morning shooting in Hamilton’s east end

Police are investigating an early Wednesday morning shooting in the area of St. Andrews Drive in Hamilton.

Officers confirmed that a shooting occurred at around 1:15 a.m., but no one was injured.

Detectives believe the shooter travelled from the area of 100 St. Andrews Court to 85 Albright Court on a pedestrian pathway, before moving west on Albright Road to Montmorency Drive.

Anyone with video of the areas from 12:30 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. is asked to contact police.
