People flock to beaches this weekend to try and beat the heat

In Niagara residents near a popular beach are calling for another kind of ban on outsiders using their waterfront.

This week the city of St. Catharines and Niagara police ramped up their monitoring following concerns of overcrowding and two arrests for fighting. Some locals feel that the space should be just for them.
