Owners of Secco, 11:11, bring new fine dining restaurant to Locke St.

There is a new spot to dine in Hamilton.

The owners of Secco and 11:11 on James St. S have opened their third restaurant, Noir Kitchen and Lounge– bringing elevated dining with seasonal dishes, crafted cocktails, and great wine to Locke St.

Emily Vukovic checked out Noir and got to sample a few of the dishes made by chef Kenny.

Noir is open Monday-Thursday 5pm-11pm, and Friday-Saturday 5pm-1am.
