OPP charges 3 people in 2 separate road rage incidents in Brant County

Three people are facing charges in connection with two separate road rage incidents in Brant County.

The first incident happened around 3:30 p.m. on Friday on Brant County Road 18.

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) learned two vehicles had been involved in a collision and a person was assaulted with bear spray.

Two people were taken to hospital as a precaution.

OPP says a 60-year-old Brantford man was charged with two counts of assault with a weapon, administer noxious thing, possession of weapon for dangerous person and one count of assault.

The following morning, a 36-year-old woman and 46-year-old man, both from St. Catharines, were arrested after a replica firearm was used in a road rage incident on Highway 403.

Terrence Dawson has been charged with possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, pointing a firearm and imitation firearm.

Elisha Meyers has been charged with possession of weapon for dangerous person.
