OPP asking for public’s help in Delhi homicide investigation

Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a homicide in Delhi. Investigators were called to reports of a death on King Street West on Tuesday, March 30^th at about 2:30 in the afternoon. The remains of a man were sent to the Chief Coroner’s office in Toronto where it was determined he was the victim of a homicide. He has been identified as 54 year-old Michael Shawn Murray of Norfolk County. As a result, police are asking homeowners and other Delhi residents to check for any items of clothing or a backpack as they continue their probe into the death. They are also requesting people check any video surveillance cameras for video that might help in their investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the OPP or Crimestoppers.
