Niagara police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the driver and witness involved in a pedestrian collision in St. Catharines late last year.

Officers say a woman in her 20s was taken to hospital with minor injuries after she was struck by a taxi in the area of Facer St. and Concord Ave. around 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 22.

Investigators say the driver of the taxi stopped to help the woman and then left the scene.
