Niagara police charge Grimsby man, 35, with sexual assault

A Grimsby man has been charged with sexual assault after an investigation into an incident that happened in Lincoln.
Niagara police opened the case after a woman came forward at the beginning of May to report being sexually assaulted.
She said she met the accused while she was working at a local golf course last August.

Police were able to identify the suspect and arrested 35-year-old Tyler J. Porter Wednesday. The Grimsby man has been charged with one count of sexual assault.
Porter is scheduled to appear in a St. Catharines court at a later date.
