Niagara police are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman who hasn’t been seen or heard from since mid-January.

Cara Stephens, of Niagara Falls, was reported missing on Feb. 9.

Family members contacted police after they had not heard from the 46-year-old woman for roughly two weeks.

Officers went to her home in the area of Ontario Ave. and Morrison St. in Niagara Falls to check on her but she was not home. Police say her 2011 grey, four-door Mazda with licence plate number CRRB 325 was also not there.

Police say they have been trying to locate Stephens but her whereabouts remains unknown.

She is described as five-foot-six, 119 lbs, with a slender build, blonde hair and blue eyes.

Stephens’ family and police are concerned for her welfare.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact police at 905-688-4111, ext. 1022200.
