New dress code to be implemented at HWDSB

A brand new dress code will be implemented at the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board after they admitted theirs is outdated. It follows student outrage at a principal’s comments reminding students not to wear crop tops,  after reports of sexual assault at Waterdown high school. Some students said it was victim blaming. Sylvie Lendvay has the story.
