Neighbourhood in shock over Marissa’s death

A Fort Erie neighourhood is in shock, after learning that two of the women charged in the death of two year old Marissa Whalen lived down the street.

Lauran Sabourin reports one woman is the child’s mother, the other is a friend – and a third woman is also charged in connection with the toddler’s death.
