Halton police say they have made three arrests and laid multiple charges following a break-in at an Oakville car dealership.

On Tuesday night around 11:30 p.m., police were contacted after an alarm was triggered at Budds’ Subaru on South Service Road.

The suspects fled the dealership in a grey sedan before officers dispatched to the scene, but all three were tracked down a short time later.

Forty-nine-year-old Christopher Cabus of Toronto, 44-year-old Richard Fernandez of York, and 32-year-old Johnathan Rayos of North York are all facing charges relating to this incident.

Officers also say the three men accused in connection with this crime were on various forms of release stemming from previous charges, and were held in custody pending a bail hearing in Milton.

All stolen items were recovered by police.

While officials are not seeking any additional suspects, they are still accepting tips. Anyone with information regarding this investigation is asked to contact the 2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4777 ext. 2216.
