Motorcyclist injured during crash that closed part of Highway 6 in Norfolk County

A crash involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck has closed part of Highway 6 in Norfolk County.

The motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Niagara police remain on scene and are asking the public to avoid the area.

The department first posted about the incident around 1:25 p.m. on Wednesday.

Highway 6 is closed between Lynn Valley Road and East Quarter Line.

St. John’s Road East is also closed, between East Quarter Line and Haldimand Road 70.
