The 4th annual Veggie Fest is happening this weekend at the Ancaster Fairgrounds. It brings together exhibitors and speakers that want to live a more healthy life and have a more healthy planet. Tim Bolen is not a vegan or a vegetarian but he wanted to learn more so he went to Goji Berry Health Foods on King St in Hamilton to gain a different perspective.
