United Family Martial Arts Dundurn helps you reach your full potential

United Family Martial Arts Dundurn is a 10,000 square foot facility that runs kickboxing, karate and before & after school programs through their Lil Ninja’s Childcare.

For 15 years they have taught self defence which teaches life skills, with examples of how to use it at home and school. They have programs for kids starting at four-years-old all the way up to adults.
