Ahead of Ontario Agricultural Week we turned scraps into deliciousness with chef Taylor Parker.

Chef Taylor is of the Mohawk Nation, Bear Clan, from Six Nations of the Grand River, and is a forager who utilizes every part of the food, putting local ingredients front and centre of every dish.

Today he showed Annette Hamm how to make a Beet Tartare.
