Although there is no shortage of beer options in the area, you can add another one to the list. Merit Brewing on James Street North in Hamilton was started by a Mohawk and McMaster grad. Aaron Spinney and Tej Sandhu literally build the brewery from the ground up, which was perfect for such an ambitious endeavour. Tim Bolen visited Merit Brewing to see what beer they are serving up, and what delicious food they decided to pair.
