Training for Around the Bay

The Around the Bay road race started back in 1894 and is the oldest road race in North America, older than the Boston Marathon which was born three years later. It goes down this weekend and Tim Bolen is getting last minute training advice from Heather Gardner of Tribe Fitness, who has ran it many times.
