Tour the $7.4M King City Princess Margaret Home Lottery Grand Prize Showhome

Emily Vukovic was in King City touring the $7.4 million Princess Margaret Home Lottery grand prize showhome.

The five bedroom, eight bathroom house was designed by Erica Gelman from Erica Gelman Design to be a suitable house for families. She chose to make the home chic and playful with “custom-cut tiles in the foyer, limewash walls in the living room, and white oak hardwood flooring throughout.” There is a chef’s kitchen connecting to an open-concept family room and a backyard with a pool and a great space to entertain. The home also has a theatre, bar, games room and wellness centre, as well as an upstairs play space for kids.

The Grand Prize showhome is quite the place to see, but there is also a Bonus Prize and Early Bird Prize to be won.

The $1.2 million Bonus Prize is a Downtown Toronto Condo, season tickets to the Toronto Raptors, TFC and the Toronto Maple Leafs, plus $50,000 cash. The deadline for tickets is October 25th at midnight, with the prize being drawn on November 5th.

The Early Bird Prize is a $2.7 million Kawartha Lakefront Cottage plus $50,000 cash. The prize deadline is November 15th at midnight, with the prize being drawn on November 26th.
