Tim Bolen paired Burnt Ship Bay wines, which is a local wine grown and produced in Niagara, with delicious pizza from NaRoma, which is grown and produced in Hamilton on Locke Street. NaRoma also has a second location in Burlington, which is where Tim was to see what pairs best with a glass of red and white.
