Take a tour down Ottawa Street in Hamilton
Tim Bolen took a tour down Ottawa Street in Hamilton to see what’s new.
His first stop took him to the Ottawa Market, which is known for their coffee, but has so much more to offer. The market opened August 21st and has great reception since then. Right now they are prepping for Valentine’s Day and will have dozens and dozens of bouquets ready to pick up.
For his next stop, Tim went to Simply Italian Bakery to check out some simple Valentine’s Day goodies. The family run spot has fresh breads, pizzas, desserts and cakes, all made in house from scratch. If you are looking for something sweet for your sweetie, they have a lot of treats available.
Stone and Shadow is another place on Ottawa St. They focus on sound therapy. Sound therapy is different vibrations that is toned for different vibrations and different chakras that helps people heal from emotional and physical issues.
A newer place on Ottawa Street is Power Pizza. There shop has a comic book vibe and are serving up creative pizzas and crispy, saucy wings. If you are looking for food for the big game this Sunday or Valentine’s Day, order ahead and dig in.
