Here’s something to think about if you’re heading back to school in a couple of weeks; avoid all night cram sessions.

Researchers studied more than 500 high school students over a two week period.

They found those who stayed up late to study performed worse on tests, quizzes and homework than those who went to bed on time.

Experts aren’t suggesting students cut back on their studies, but rather get it done before bedtime.
