The Girl Guides have always been about building people up and this Saturday in Toronto they are hosting an event called “Shine a Light on Mental Health”.  Sarah Kiriliuk from Girl Guides of Canada, along with Olympian hockey star Cheryl Pounder were here this morning to tell us more about the event.
