HAPPENING NOW:

See The Keys as we head down to Florida to visit Marathon

Emily Vukovic travelled down the Florida Keys and ended up in Marathon.

She started things off on Seven Mile Bridge, also known as Old Seven. Crossing the shimmering waters of Vacay Key, the bridge is one of the longest segmental bridges in the world. The old bridge, which runs parallel to the modern span, was the jewel of the Florida Keys Oversea Railroad.

When in Marathon you can swim with the dolphins, see sea turtles and lounge in hardwood hammocks, and enjoy an abundance of water sports. One of the watersports that Emily participated in was wakeboarding at Keys Cable Park at the Lagoon on Grassy Keys. The Lagoon on Grassy Keys is a full service facility with a surf shop, beer garden, café, food truck and a tropical fruit garden.

Emily also went to Pigeon Key, which is one of the Florida Keys most historically significant locations. The unique five acre island allows you to step back in time while visiting the Pigeon Key Museum.

Tune in tomorrow as Emily visits Big Pine.
