It seems it doesn’t matter where you live, heart attack risk remains the same around the world.

A Swedish study suggests physical activity appears to significantly lower the risk of heart attack for everyone.

These findings are independent of other risk factors such as diabetes, high blood pressure or smoking in men and women of all ages.

The Swedish study is an analysis of a McMaster University study of more than 29,000 people in 52 countries.
