Rett Syndrome is a debilitating neurological condition that affects baby girls. Little is known about the syndrome – even in the medical community. That’s where families come in. Shari Hamelin and Darcy Balak both have daughters with Rett Syndrome. They join us this morning, ahead of an important conference that starts today in Hamilton.
