Refreshing sips for the Spring season

We got a taste of Spring with these spring sips from wine and spirits consultant Renée Sferrazza.
Cocktail Feature – Renee’s GIN MULE
1 mint sprig
1 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 3/4 ounces Fords Gin
1 ounce Ginger Beer
Garnish: mint sprig
- In a shaker, muddle the mint sprig, simple syrup, and lime juice.
- Add the gin, ginger beer, and ice, then shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
