Ever since Helene Campbell danced on Ellen and charmed North America into getting onto organ donation lists, there is a new normal in Ontario.
About twice as many people have been signing up. But as Lisa Hepfner reports, only 22 percent of Ontarians are on the list now, and that means many people die without saving other lives.
