First responders across Ontario – police, fire and paramedics – now have faster access to benefits for post-traumatic stress disorders.  But the new Provincial Legislation doesn’t cover military personnel because they’re under Federal jurisdiction, but Brad Moscato, a partner at Howie, Sacks & Henry Law in Toronto argues that needs to change.
