Pig out at The Lockesmith Bar, Hamilton’s newest restaurant on Locke St.

The culinary scene in Hamilton just continues to get better as there’s a new kid on the block on Locke Street. The Lockesmith Bar, behind the same team from Caro and Victoria’s restaurant, is getting set for a big weekend.

This Saturday they are hosting a PIG OUT PATIO PARTY! where they’ll be smoking a whole hog on the patio, with $10 pulled pork sandwiches and other specials from 12pm-5pm.

But before everyone pigs out tomorrow, we pigged out in our kitchen with director of culinary, Jeff Richards, who made a fondue for two.
