On our Parenting Panel, Julie Cole, an author, co-founder of Mabel’s Labels and a mom of six and Alex Cunningham, a content creator, host of the ‘This Family Tree’ podcast and a mom of two discussed two timely topics.

Recently, a mom went viral on TikTok for ranting when her family went on holidays for March Break and she realized she forgot to pack herself clothes because she was too busy organizing everyone else. The panel discussed how mom’s are responding to the video and the overall pressure that a mom can put themselves under.

And then the topic of school shootings has come up again with the tragedy in Nashville. Julie and Alex talked about how to bring up this sensitive topic up with your children, and what age it’s appropriate to talk to them.
