Overcoming obstacles

Today there is no “mucking” around as Tim Bolen gets ready for the 3rd annual Muck MS event happening this Saturday. It is a fun filled day running through 20 obstacles where you have to run, climb, jump and crawl through a whole bunch of muck on the Niagara escarpment. It all starts at Players Paradise in Stoney Creek, where you are then transported down the road to a property donated by Marz Home and Royal LePage. Registration is still open and if you want a sneak peak of the course…well Tim got down and dirty in the mud to show you.
