Online art show raises money for Ukraine refugees

A group of artists from across Canada and the United States is helping Ukrainian refugees.
Hamilton artist Julia Veenstra is taking her project The Square Foot Show international to raise funds for World Vision.
The show that began on James St. a few years ago is now shifting online and will feature 12″ by 12″ originals by emerging and established artists.
Artists are donating their pieces and show staff will be volunteering their time.
Paintings will sell for $300 each.
All of the proceeds will support World Vision’s emergency fund helping those directly impacted by the crisis in Ukraine.
The show goes live on The Square Foot Show’s website on Saturday at noon.
