The region of Niagara is dotted with world class wineries and five star restaurants. Bringing a taste of the area home is easier now with a new cookbook featuring dishes created by Niagara chefs. Here with one of the recipes is Executive Chef, Elbert Wiersema, from the Queenston Heights restaurant.
