New Volkswagen to be launched
Volkswagen is about to launch a new small car, the “Up!” in Europe in December.
It’ll come in three versions and will be “one of the smallest four-seat cars.”
It’s just 3.5 metres long and will be powered by a one-litre gasoline engine.
Volkswagen says a natural gas version will follow, and there are “definite plans” for an electric version in 2013.
There’s no word when or if the “Up!” will be launched outside Europe.
