On a cold February day in 2006 a group of protesters from the Six Nations Reserve marched onto the Douglas Creek Estates construction site in Caledonia. They have never left. Christie Blatchford has chronicled the entire story in her new book, “Helpless – Caledonia’s Nightmare Of Fear And Anarchy, And How The Law Failed All Of Us”.
