Mortgage rate cuts
Several Canadian banks have dropped their mortgage rates.
CIBC, Laurentian and National Bank have all cut their posted rates for a five-year fixed mortgage by 15 basis points.
Also at CIBC, their one-to-three year mortgage rates are dropping a tenth of a percent.
