Minimum wage under review

The minimum wage in this province is expected to be raised soon but Premier Kathleen Wynne won’t say exactly when or by how much.  A special advisory panel, set up by the Liberal government released a report indicating that the minimum wage increase could be tied to the inflation rate and hiked retroactively to 2010 when it was frozen at $10.25 an hour.  There is speculation that an announcement could be made sometime this week.
