There was an explosion in St. Catharines this morning at the Ssonix Productions facility that shook peoples houses and caused a huge fire. St. Catharines mayor Mat Siscoe was on Morning Live to discuss what he knew about the explosion at the chemical plant, as well as talk about other changes happening in the city.
