Masterchef Canada’s Andy Hay transforms holiday leftovers

Unsure of what to do with all of your leftovers from the weekend?
Masterchef Canada All Stars runner up & East Coast Kitchen owner Andy Hay joined us today with a great idea- turn them into shakshuka.
Andy took leftover turkey, potatoes, carrots and brussels sprouts and spiced them up with zaatar and smoked paprika. He also added in onions, garlic and a 28oz can of crushed tomatoes. Crack in a couple eggs and put it in the oven and you have a one pan dinner that is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
